Title: Executive Recruiter
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing search assignments for public and private industry roles.
- Manage the entire search process – from start to finish.
- Assist in developing position descriptions, surveys, and interview documents.
- Work with the team to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and processes.
- Recruit, screen, evaluate, interview, and coach candidates.
- Identify and build relationships with multiple decision makers.
- Generate new business.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing clients.
- Interview and qualify potential candidates to present to the client.
Qualifications:
- Prefer prior recruiting experience, working in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years business to business experience.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in the Building Materials, Kitchen & Bath, or Lawn & Garden Industries highly desirable.
- Retained search experience desired, but not necessary.
- Excellent recruitment skills: awareness of the market, presentation skills, candidate selection, and evaluation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and sales ability.
- Knowledgeable about current job markets and trends or willing to learn.
- Must be a self-starter and a team player- with a sense of humor!
- Proven track record of developing contacts and selling professional services.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Assertive; must be a hunter not a gatherer.
- Excellent organizational & communications skills.
