Title: Executive Recruiter

Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for completing search assignments for public and private industry roles.
  • Manage the entire search process – from start to finish.
  • Assist in developing position descriptions, surveys, and interview documents.
  • Work with the team to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Recruit, screen, evaluate, interview, and coach candidates.
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple decision makers.
  • Generate new business.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing clients.
  • Interview and qualify potential candidates to present to the client.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer prior recruiting experience, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years business to business experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience in the Building Materials, Kitchen & Bath, or Lawn & Garden Industries highly desirable.
  • Retained search experience desired, but not necessary.
  • Excellent recruitment skills: awareness of the market, presentation skills, candidate selection, and evaluation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and sales ability.
  • Knowledgeable about current job markets and trends or willing to learn.
  • Must be a self-starter and a team player- with a sense of humor!
  • Proven track record of developing contacts and selling professional services.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Assertive; must be a hunter not a gatherer.
  • Excellent organizational & communications skills.
