Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop target companies, candidates and sources through reference materials and on-line services, as well as calling target companies to identify individuals.
  • Execution and management of the search strategy, as well as providing regular and timely information to keep the Recruiter apprised of progress.
  • Telephone screening of potential prospects and sources to determine appropriateness as a candidate or reliable source.
  • Provide the Executive Recruiter with business development packages for potential clients.
  • Work with the Recruiter to develop and refine the search strategy.
  • Update the database with candidate and company information.
  • Communicate with industry leaders as sources and for general market and company feedback.
  • Continued education to enhance research skills and knowledge of trends in the industry.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.

  • Must be articulate and able to communicate well in both written and oral presentations.
  • Must be comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting.
  • Willingness to work outside normal working hours is essential.
  • Some college, a degree is preferred.
