Title: National Sales Manager
Position Objective: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan selling high-end, imported cabinets to the OEM manufacturers as well as to kitchen cabinet dealers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with any existing distributor contacts to insure maximum sales opportunities.
- Play the key role in promoting the sales of all product lines to key markets.
- Analyze market channels to determine most profitable method of sales growth.
- Identify and develop the channels as required.
- Participate in development of annual expense budgets, capital budgets, promotional budget and other financial plans.
- Develop short and long term sales strategies.
- Analyze then advise and prepare to participate in relevant industry trade shows.
- Establish Warehousing and distribution channels.
Skills Summary:
- 10+ years industry experience
- Previous experience working with imported product lines is preferred
- Previous experience should include working with and selling to cabinet, cabinet accessories, and/or millwork industry
- 4 year degree preferred
- Customer focused
- Well organized with excellent presentation skills
- Has participated in the development of a National Sales and Distribution strategy
- Must be able to hire, train, motivate sales organization as required
- Independent and very self motivated

Location/Territory:
Although company is headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, NSM will operate from home base with USA territory as market.
