Position Objective:  The Territory Manager will be responsible to grow sales of interior and exterior millwork, molding and trim products through selective pursuit of the high-end custom builder, architectural and designer market.

Locations:
Rhode Island, Cape Cod and Boston

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of the product to new and potential customers.
  • Product pricing packages.
  • Securing the sales order.
  • After-sales follow up.
  • Field service and problem solving.

Skills & Attributes Summary:

  • 8-10 years industry experience
  • In-depth understanding of the Greater Boston Region builder market
  • Solid understanding of the selling process to contractors
  • Knowledge of millwork product
  • Ability to read and thoroughly understand construction drawings
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Well organized with excellent presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, determined, innovative problem solver
