Title: NY Metro Project Sales Rep.
Position Summary:
This is a replacement position for a luxury decorative plumbing manufacturer with ultra-high-end brand recognition. Incumbent is moving to different position within company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all territory activities and technical aspects of products regarding project life cycle
- Work with and maintain existing project customer accounts
- Analyze market statistics and formulate a new customer sales strategy
- Develop new and grow existing relationships with decorative plumbing A&D community and Interior Design specifiers.
- Work with NY Metro Sales Retail and NY Metro Sales Projects representatives
- Manage luxury projects from specification through installation and service
- Balance equal time to service plumbers, developers, designers, architects, and existing "projects"
- Visit and develop strong relationships with existing design, plumbing and developer accounts.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years outside sales experience with a luxury product
- Multi-tasker with high organization skills
- Proven track record as top up-sell achiever with high motivation to succeed
- Knowledge of A&D contacts, design/specification background preferred
- Knowledge of one tier distribution through plumbing showroom/distributor
- Minimum of 4 year degree
