Position Summary: This is a new position for a luxury decorative plumbing manufacturer with ultra-high-end brand cache which has not had direct factory representation in a growing territory.  The Area Representative will present the brand message and product details, calling on showrooms and managing luxury projects to increase sales within the territory.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all territory activities
  • Analyze market statistics and formulate a new customer strategy
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships with decorative plumbing, hardware and kitchen showrooms
  • Conduct brand & product training
  • Maintain showroom displays in top condition, update merchandising material
  • Manage luxury projects from specification through installation and service
  • Perform job site inspections, manage customer service

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years outside sales experience with a luxury product
  • Proven track record as top  up-sell achiever with high motivation to succeed
  • Resides in (Denver Metro area preferred) and knows the territory (CO, UT, WY, MT)
  • Knowledge of A&D contacts, design/specification background preferred
  • Bachelor degree
