Title: National Hospitality Manager
Position Summary: In a new position with a worldwide brand leader in Water Technology, the National Hospitality Manager will establish and build relationships with Architects, Designers, Developers and Hotel Operators to deliver results through project specifications, driving increased and enhanced sales with a direct impact on P&L, measurable increase in Project Pipeline, higher conversion ratios and strong successful relationships with key international decision makers and influencers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a sound and challenging business plan to target key groups within the hospitality project channel by region and market.
- Participate and agree on strategic direction and management of project business with Senior Executives.
- Verify and establish key international influencers in the region
- Execute channel sales and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve a traceable, quantifiable number and value of specifications and support in converting specifications.
- Initiate actions & decisions to further explore project business potential, and to increase speed of execution and efficiency of processes.
- Manage a result-driven negotiation process leading to aligned agendas and win/win situations.
- Outstanding relationship building within the internal organization and target groups.
- Participate in international projects on a teamwork basis.
- Build, establish and provide leadership to a dedicated project team.
- Cooperate closely and cross-functionally in regard to all project-related issues.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years professional sales experience.
- Proven track record (minimum 6 years) in driving growth through the hospitality project management and specification process in Building products industry.
- Experience of maintaining high level of customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate and secure major contracts working on own initiative.
- Tenacious team player able to motivate and network with Local / Regional and Global sales & marketing colleagues.
- Proven Leader in an international and regional business environment.
- Highly developed technical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable of MSO, CRM tools.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – business administration and/or engineering preferred.
