Title: Senior Sales Designer

Position Summary: Responsible for managing design and sales for an award-winning, custom-cabinetry firm with showrooms in Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut—specializing in upscale kitchen design and other fine interior work, and catering to discriminating clients desiring the highest level of design and service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing designer relationship base and support company’s ongoing sources of business.
  • Develop space plans and detailed custom designs.
  • Calculate project pricing and costs.
  • Write and complete client contracts.
  • Oversee follow-through support for clients and projects, including installation coordination, stone, lighting, appliance and other material purchases.
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction through each project

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years Sales/Design experience
  • Recognized for highly creative and unique solutions.
  • Self-starter, self-directing and boundless energy.
  • Ability to succeed working with high-end/high-expectation clientele.
  • Excellent team-based project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Design software experience preferable but not required.
  • Direct experience acceptable substitute for formal education.
  • ASID, AIA, and/or CKD credentials are a plus
