The most qualified candidates will be personally interviewed by Brooke Chase Associates, Inc. to obtain a thorough understanding of their accomplishments, capabilities and potential. In the face-to-face interview candidates are further evaluated to identify specific strengths or limitations they would bring to the position.

Only 3 to 5 of the most qualified candidates are referred for face-to-face interviews with the client.
