Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively grow sales in a new market through the development of strategic relationships
  • Lead the introduction and promotion of the brand, thereby establishing a strong market presence
  • Act as the brand and product ambassador to customers end-users, municipalities, specifiers, and distributors
  • Negotiate with distributors, leveraging technical expertise and knowledge of product features and industry application
  • Deliver results and propel the business as a right-hand team member and entrepreneur
  • Utilize the brand’s variety of product offerings to drive sales
  • Track market trends and remain knowledgeable on competition and potential opportunities

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in waterworks / roofing sales
  • Familiarity with the product type and market
  • Proven track record of growth through aggressive sales to contractors and distributors
  • Ability to recognize profitable opportunities and execute strategies to win
  • Self-starter and result-oriented – driven to succeed through an entrepreneurial approach
  • Existing network within market – well-established knowledge of and relationships with municipalities, specifiers, contractors, and distributors
