The position is responsible for the development and achievement of the corporate business plan within your Southeast region.  As a Regional General Manager, you will lead and direct the Distribution Center Managers to achieve their business goals through strategic and transformational leadership.  Accountable to maintain, enhance and further develop the leadership team and workforce.  You will be a role model, mentor and an Ambassador of promoting culture of entrepreneurialism, transparency, teamwork and celebrating success.  This role will leverage your proven success to drive bottom line results, growing top line sales, managing margin, running efficient operations as well as embracing technology as a tool for efficiency.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the corporate business plan though the Distribution Centers
  • Grow Regional Sales and Increase Net Return
  • Institute Continuous Improvement for Operational Efficiencies
  • Manage from the Operation P&L Statement
  • Assess current management team
  • Provide leadership / guidance for areas requiring improvement
  • Communicate regional goals, measure performance, provide benchmarks
  • Achieve 2019 budgeted goals, sales growth and earnings targets
  • Work closely with other Regional GM’s

Position Requirements:

  • Proven success – top to bottom P&L accountability for a multi-branch region
  • Proficient with Customer relations and Vendor negotiation
  • Ability to analyze operations and determine weakness, solve
  • Experience in team building, recruiting and executing a business plan
  • Proven track record managing distribution sales and operations
  • Innate ability to build trust and motivate a diverse team

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred
