Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities and/or respond to unexpected challenges and changes in business/market conditions
  • Deliver customer satisfaction across all market segments, from individual owners to corporate accounts, increasing the markets awareness of KT Pacer and enhancing the company’s reputation in the marketplace
  • Utilize a Servant Leadership mindset and methodology to provide direction, development, leadership and coaching to sales team members and individuals throughout the organization

Position Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership to growth
  • BtoB sales channel experience, market research, relationship development, negotiations
  • Technical sales experience & aptitude, ability to read prints and technical docs

  • Financial acumen – sales financials, margins, profitability
