Rich Miller joined Brooke Chase in 2003 and has recruited extensively in Decorative & Rough Plumbing, HVAC & Hydronics, and other Building Material categories. He is responsible for developing new business, managing client relations, and conducting executive searches.
Prior to joining the Company, Rich was a partner at Compass Group International. He has more than 27 years of recruiting and consulting experience in executive management. Rich holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in International Management from the Thunderbird School, American Graduate School of International Management.
Rick Mohrman has been with Brooke Chase since 2005 and is responsible for developing and managing client relations, conducting executive searches, and leading internal projects to improve Brooke Chase processes and infrastructure. He has recruited in a wide variety of product categories, with a primary focus on Cabinetry and Wood Products.
Rick has more than 17 years of recruitment experience, having previously served as Director of Client Resources with Classic Consultants, Inc. His prior background in training and education includes 4 years of teaching and administration in Denmark where he directed a foreign student program. Rick attended the University of South Florida, Mt. Hood Community College and Bethesda Christian College.
Mike Roach has more than 20 years of recruitment experience and, since joining Brooke Chase in 2004, has focused primarily on the Kitchen Cabinet industry. In addition to conducting executive searches, he is responsible for New Business Development, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Mike’s past recruiting covered several professional disciplines, including information systems, engineering, design, and drafting in various industries. He also has experience in Naval Recruitment. Prior to his career in recruiting, Mike spent 6 years in the Navy serving on the USS Paul.
Murray Parker has more than 40 years of executive search and M&A referral experience. Since joining Brooke Chase in 2009 he has focused primarily on expanding M&A deal origination across the building products industry and developing investor relationships, as well as conducting executive searches.
Murray founded and led for 30 years the Borton Wallace Group, a retained search firm in paper, consumer and personal care products industries. He has served as Director for Cornerstone International, a global consortium of search firms and was a founding member of the National Association of Executive Recruiters. His education includes an MBA from University of Delaware and a BA in Physics.
Lisa Baaklini has worked for Brooke Chase for a total of 18 years, having started part time as a secretary and becoming a Research Associate as she learned more about the recruiting business. She served as Vice President of Research and Recruitment for four years prior to leaving the company to raise her two children. Lisa returned to Brooke Chase in 2010 as a Research Associate and has been an integral part of our team approach to managing clients and searches. She is a graduate of Governors State University with a BA in Business.
Having joined Brooke Chase in 2017, Sally has over 18 years’ experience in executive search, placing senior and middle management professionals in Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, e-Commerce and IT. Her focus has been to identify talent that will succeed within the unique corporate cultures of various client organizations. A graduate of LSU with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Sally has received numerous awards and certifications in sales and recruiting and is also a certified physical fitness instructor.
With over 15 years’ experience in recruiting, Naomi joined Brooke Chase in 2017. She assists in conducting executive searches, recruiting and screening candidates, coordinating interview scheduling, reporting progress to clients, and working hand-in-hand with Executive Recruiters to manage the search process. Her diverse background as Corporate Trainer, Director of Human Resources and small business owner assists her in all aspects of the Research Associate role.
