Recruiter

In this role you will assist experienced Executive Recruiters in conducting search assignments, identifying, recruiting and qualifying top level candidates.

Duties include:

  • Investigative phone and computer research and data collection
  • Recruit calling
  • Candidate screening and interviewing
  • Client interface, including weekly reporting

  • Prior sales experience

  • Strong communication skills – oral and written

Research Associate

This is a great entry position leading to the Recruiter/Research Associate role. Research Associates are responsible for assisting Executive Recruiters in identifying, recruiting and qualifying top level candidates.

Duties include:

  • Investigative phone and computer research
  • Data collection and database input
  • Recruit calling and candidate screening
  • Schedule coordination with clients, candidates and BCA staff
